Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return any product purchased from Medics Care Portugal within 14 days of delivery, with no obligation to provide a reason. We want you to shop with complete confidence, and we honour this right in full.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, free from signs of wear or damage
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must accompany the return

How to Arrange a Return

Returning a product is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team by email at devolucoes@medicscareportugal.com or via WhatsApp to notify us of your intention to return
  2. Wait to receive your confirmation and detailed shipping instructions from our team
  3. Securely repack the product in its original packaging and dispatch it as instructed
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days

Faulty or Defective Products

At Medics Care Portugal, we hold our products to the highest standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly under our 2-year warranty. Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a repair, a replacement, or a full refund — whichever is most appropriate for your situation.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return under our standard policy:

  • Custom-made or personalised products manufactured to your specifications
  • Products that show clear evidence of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification
